The full service app for bandleaders.

Availability, subs, couples, set lists and your music director, all in one place. Built by a bandleader who was spending more time at her computer than on stage.

Drummer, 2 hours before downbeatHey, what time's the gig?

YouIt's in the email I sent last week

DrummerWhich email?

Things were living in a million different places.

I was spending hours and hours on admin. Chasing down musicians, figuring out availability, finding a time for a rehearsal or a video shoot. Details got missed. Musicians would ask me what time the gig was when I had already sent it to them.

I just wanted everyone to have all the details in one place.

From the first ask to the last song.

How a gig runs on Gigamie, in the order it happens.

Months outAvailability

Send one request. Fill every chair.

Players answer from a link, no app to download. If a chair is open, subs get asked in the order you set, and Gigamie knows who doubles on what.

"Availability was my biggest pain point. That's where it started."

Weeks outYour couples

Couples plan the night in one place.

Song picks, the reception timeline and the contract live on one planning page, instead of spreadsheets you have to copy somewhere else.

"Now I have a more professional, sleek way to get all these details from our couples and make sure we're on the same page."

"I was texting her, calling her and sending out spreadsheets, and we were having miscommunications on set lists."

Gig dayTeam portal

Everything comes together in the team portal.

Every player and sub sees the timeline, address, load in, set list and gig chat for the gigs they are on. Nobody has to ask what time it starts.

"The team portal is the thing that really creates the best results. Everything else works together and comes together there."

  • New York2 gigs, 12 musicians
  • Boston2 gigs, 6 musicians
  • Maryland1 gig, 5 musicians

"Every single gig went off without a hitch. We had multiple subs who got all the details and showed up on time, some of them early, because everything was laid out in the app for every person's gig."

A happier band, because they can see how you book.

Share member stats with your players: how many gigs they're on, and how often they say they're available compared to how often they get booked.

"All of that data helps me run a happier band. They can see I'm being transparent about the way I book."

I couldn't afford an assistant, so I fixed my systems.

I'm a singer. That's what I love to do. But I was spending more time at my computer than singing and performing, and I was dropping balls.

I have ADHD, which I'm sure a lot of bandleaders and band members do. Organization is not my strong suit. I really needed help, and I couldn't afford to hire an assistant. So I built Gigamie.

I'm still busy. I'm a working musician and bandleader. But now I get to work on the business instead of being in the weeds of it: marketing, networking, going out and meeting people, making phone calls.

Worried about switching?

Changing systems that have been working for you is hard. I've used all those other systems too. Gigamie works with what you already use.

Your GmailRequests and client emails go out from your band's own account. No new email.
Your Google CalendarGigs show up on the calendar you already check.

"I use it every single day. If I see a problem, I fix it. And if you see a problem, tell me, and I'll fix it."

Questions bandleaders ask me.

Do my players have to download an app?

No. They answer from a link in their email and see their gigs in the team portal on any phone.

What happens after the 30 days?

You pick Starter, Pro or Enterprise and pay monthly by card. If you do nothing, your trial ends.

A lot of my players double. Does that work?

Yes. Gigamie was built around rotating rosters, with subs for every chair and a record of who plays what.

I have players in more than one city.

That's how The Femmes works too, with a Boston roster and a New York roster. You can run both from one app.

Can I use my own web address?

Yes, on every plan.

Is my band's info private?

Every band gets its own separate setup and database. Nothing is shared with another band.

"It's been a lot easier to grow the business because I'm not in the weeds of the day to day."
